What you get

Prospector gives you business contact information collected from public sources (Google business listings, public business websites and public regulatory filings) and data we derive from them. Credits are used to reveal contact details and to run enrichment on your behalf.

How you may use the data

• Only for business-to-business outreach to the businesses and their staff in their business capacity.
• You must follow the laws that apply to your outreach, including CAN-SPAM (accurate sender information, a physical address, and a working unsubscribe honored within 10 days), the TCPA and state telemarketing and do-not-call rules for calls and texts, and any state privacy laws.
• You may not resell, republish or share the data as a list, or use it to build a competing database.
• You must honor opt-out requests and remove anyone who asks.

Credits and billing

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Monthly plan credits refill at each renewal and unused plan credits do not roll over. Extra credit packs do not expire. Credits for actions that fail are refunded automatically; credits used to reveal contact details are not refundable.

Accuracy

We verify emails and check websites, but data changes constantly and is provided as-is without a guarantee of accuracy or deliverability.
