Business data we collect

We collect business information that is publicly available: business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, the names and titles of people listed on business websites, and business email addresses. Sources are Google business listings, the businesses' own websites (we follow robots.txt) and public regulatory filings such as SEC Form ADV.

How it's used

Our customers use this information for business-to-business outreach. We do not collect consumer data, sensitive personal information, or home addresses.

Your choices

Anyone can ask us to remove a business or a person: use the removal form or email hello@thinkandautomate.com. We remove it from Prospector and add it to a permanent do-not-include list within 10 business days.

Customer accounts

For customers we store account details and usage. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see full card numbers.
